Shipment of keys:

After successful payment of your order you can request your order by yourself. Just go to "Your account". Then "My orders". There "Get key/s!". You will get your order via email. Sometimes you will get the message that you have to contact our support. Please do it! Then you will get your order.

If you do not get your order there is certainly a problem regarding your email-provider. Please change your email in your account. After that you can request your order again.

Shipment of Steam-gifts:

After successful payment you will get your Steam-gift within 24 hours to that email-address that you have entered in your shop-account. Please be advised that asking for faster delivery does not work. We have to send Steam-gifts manually. If you request your Steam-gift via your shop-account you will just receive the message that you will get your Steam-gift within 24 hours.
