Age check:
Because we are a German company we must follow german law. All German customers have to do age verification.
Foreign customers need not do it. But if you are asked for an age check please do the following:
Contact our support and we will relieve you from the age verification. But normally that will not happen because the age verification is only valid for the German site of our shop.

Activation:
Some of our keys must be activated via VPN. You can find more details in the product description of the particular games. There are two options how to activate those games. You can find the 2 options in the particular product descriptions.

E:

EA-keys:
You can activate all EA-keys via ORIGIN. OIRGIN is the official download platform by EA. To activate a key, download, if you have not done it yet, ORIGIN: http://www.origin.com/about.
Then you create a new account or use an already existing account. Then you click on "Origin" and then on "Redeem code". After that you type the key that you have received from us. Now the game is activated in your account and you can download the game.

Facebook:
As you can see on the first site we are also on Facebook. We post everything in English too. "Like it"! Because you can find on Facebook various competitions. Furthermore you can find news about releases and other topics that you should not miss.

Invoices:
You can find your invoice of your order in your shop account.

Loyality rewards:
You can collect loyality rewards. You can see the amount of your loyality rewards in your account. If you want a voucher just contact our support.


M:

Mobile phone verification:
If you want to pay via PayPal you will have to verify uniquely by using your mobile phone. Before placing an order you will get the message that you have to type in your mobile phone number. After that you will get a free text message from us with a code. You have to type in this code. Your number is only used for verification!
Due to PayPal-fraud we had to introduce this verification. If you pay via bank wire or PaySafe you need not to do the verification.

Retail-keys:

In our category "retail-keys" you can purchase keys that can be activated so you can play singleplayer and multiplayer. For installing the game you need to borrow the game from a friend e.g. After that you install the game with our key. You need not have the game-cd or game-dvd for playing. Alternatively you can download the ISO of the game. We do not offer downloads for "retail-keys"!

If you buy a key for MMORPG you can download the game from the developer.

Steam-gifts:

After successful payment you will get your Steam-gift within 24 hours to that email-address that you have entered in your shop-account. Please be advised that asking for faster delivery does not work. We have to send Steam-gifts manually. If you request your Steam-gift via your shop-account you will just receive the message that you will get your Steam-gift within 24 hours.

All Steam-gifts are region-free. You can play our Steam-gifts from everywhere.

Steam-gifts are similar to Steam-keys. You receive the game instead of a key as an email sent by Steam. You just have to do the steps that are mentioned in that email. After that the game is added to your Steam-account. There are no additional fees!

Of course you also have our 3 years of warranty when purchasing a Steam-gift!

You can activate all Steam-keys via Steam. So you can download the game via Steam. To activate a key, download, if you have not done it yet, Steam: http://store.steampowered.com/about/.
Then you create a new account or use an already existing account. Then you click on "ADD A GAME..." and then on "Activate a Product on Steam...". After that you type the key that you have received from us. Now the game is activated in your account and you can download the game.

Ubisoft-keys:
If you buy a Ubisoft-key from us you will also get a link for the UPLAY-Manager. You can download with the manager the game from Ubisoft. Please always read our product descriptions! Because there you can find more information regarding download.

Warranty:
We guarantee our keys and Steam-gifts are legit. We get them from official suppliers from the particular publishers. The keys and Steam-gifts will not be banned. STEAM-accounts and ORIGIN-accounts will also not be banned. To show you that we sale legit keys we offer a warranty of 3 years. That means: If a key, Steam-gift or a account is banned you will get a free replacment or your money back. This warranty is invalid if the key or the account is banned because of using cheats or other not allowed methods.
